These live sessions are more than just yoga—they’re an opportunity to show up for yourself in real-time, guided by my personal support. Whether you’re looking to release tension, calm your mind, or simply crave out time for self-care, these classes are designed to help you feel more grounded and at ease.

Schedule and Access
My live yoga classes are held multiple times a week via an easy-to-access online platform. Whether you’re at home, in the office, or on the go, you can practice from anywhere.
- Class Duration: Choose between 60-minute deep sessions or 30-minute express classes—perfect for busy days.
- Skill Level: All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- 30min classes: Tuesday and Thursday from 19:00 to 19:30
- 60min classes: Monday and Wednesday from 19:00 to 20:00

You can join through the membership for unlimited access or opt for a drop-in class whenever it suits you.
