My name is Steve Bavoysi. Im a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, trained in the beautiful and tranquil setting of Byron Bay, Australia. Over the course of a year, I immersed myself in the comprehensive study of yoga, embracing both the physical and philosophical aspects of the practice. With a strong focus on mental well-being, I also hold certifications in First Aid Mental Health and in addition a 60-hours Yoga training for Mental Health (in progress). These additional qualifications enable me to support students in their journey toward greater emotional balance and resilience through yoga. An avid nature lover and hiker, I find inspiration in the outdoors and brings this connection to my classes. I believes that yoga is not just a practice on the mat but a way of life that harmonizes the body, mind, and spirit with the rhythms of nature. In my teaching, I offer a mindful and grounded approach, creating a safe space where students can explore their practice at their own pace. My classes are designed to nurture both physical strength and inner peace, making them accessible and welcoming for everyone, regardless of experience level. Join me on the mat to experience yoga as a path to holistic health, deeper self-awareness, and a greater connection to the world around you.
